MEMBERSHIP FEE: Returning or New Members: $110.00 per annum.
A charitable income tax receipt for $17.50 will be provided.
This is the amount of each fee which is dedicated to our Scholarship Fund.
NOTE: Fees are payable by October 31, 2010, after which a late payment fee of $5.00 will apply.

Confidentiality: This information will be used solely by CFUW Burlington for the purpose of creating a database and membership directory needed for CFUW Burlington business.
